Council Committees
The Council committee structure for 2004 is as follows:

Traffic and Highways Committee -with responsibility for traffic management, highways, paths and lighting matters;
Cllrs Adamson, Baker, Dawson, Kilmartin, P.Lindsay and
TBA.
Non-Councillors - Mr. S Stacey and Mrs. Lindsey Wilson

Environment and Conservation Committee -with responsibility for grass and hedge cutting, conservation, the village green, trees and village bulb and flower plantings;
Cllrs Baker, Cogan,
Keen (Chairman), Kilmartin, D.Lindsay and Southall
Non -Councillors - Mrs Monica Ivey, Mr. Mike O’Conner

Recreation, Leisure and Amenities Committee - works with the Village Institute, the Regen Centre and Riccall Lands Charity; recycling, assessing the recreational needs of the village, working towards providing better recreational and leisure facilities.
Cllrs Adamson, Dawson, Keen,
D.Lindsay (Chairman) and Southall.
Non Councillors - A representative of the Riccall Lands Charity and Mrs Judy Southall

Administration and Finance Committee - personnel and management matters, finance, grant aid.
Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Council and Chairmen of the other committees.
