News Lindsey Ryan Clerk Appointment

Riccall Parish Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsey Ryan as Clerk & Finance Officer. Lindsey has previous experience in the role and has kept in touch with the Council through village project work. This has included work on the Recreation Ground Project for the last couple of years.

Council Chairman Brian Keen commented on the appointment. “We are pleased to have Lindsey back in this important role. With her experience in the position, as well as knowing many of the existing Councillors, she will be able to ‘’hit the ground running’. With Riccall having such an active Parish Council, it is important that the position of Clerk and Finance Officer was filled quickly and by an appropriately qualified person”
