Questionnaires that were sent out to all residents of Riccall, asked for feedback and ideas for new projects and improvements for the village.

The Parish plan highlighted 7 key areas and the Council believes that it can break the categories down into 3 working groups.

Group 1- Focusing on crime, traffic and highways issues

Group 2 - Focusing on current and future recreational facilities and the changing needs of residents of all ages.

Group 3 - Focusing on commercial, housing and environmental issues and economic development
