A planning application has been submitted to Selby District Council, to build 56 new dwellings on land at 9-11 Station Rd, Riccall. The Parish Council has studied the plans in details and has submitted its views to Selby District Council and to the developers themselves. To view the comments of the Parish Council click here
There will be a public meeting about the proposals, where the developers will be presenting their plans and can answer any public questions. County and District Cllr Liz Casling will be attending the meeting and is hoping to bring along a representative of NYCC Highways and Selby DC Planning department – see details below;
