Richard Fogden has been appointed as the new Clerk & Finance Officer for Riccall Parish Council. He replaces Lindsey Ryan who resigned due to other committments. Lindsey will continue to work on specific projects for the Council. Richard is an experienced administrator serving as Clerk to Riccall, Beal and Kellington Parish Councils and a voluntary trust.
